Tyler Williamson, Research Associate

Tyler is a native Oklahoman and recently graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Political Science. During his time at Oklahoma State he served as the president of the Free Enterprise Society, where he helped to actively promote the ideals of free enterprise and limited government, and as a Teaching Assistant for the Political Science department. He interned at the 1889 Institute prior to joining the team in a full-time capacity. Tyler is particularly interested in studying the balance between individual liberty and government intervention. Other research and policy interests include school choice, religious liberty, the judiciary, and the legal profession.
